Frequently Asked Questions

Order/Shipping Timeframes
Items that are in stock will ship in two (2) to three (3) business days barring unavoidable conditions such as inclement weather. Custom lotions, scrubs, lip balms, bath fizzies, body butters, etc., will require three (3) to five (5) additional business days to allow time to craft the requested custom items.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.  We will also not ship on days that the selected shipping service/carrier is closed due to holiday, inclement weather or carrier strike.

Shipping Methods
We will utilize the most cost effective shipping service/carrier possible, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We require a physical address for shipping purposes; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Failure to provide a physical shipping address will result in cancellation of your order.  If you wish to specify use of a specific shipping carrier, additional shipping charges may apply.

Packaging
We “recycle” boxes! What that means is each shipment will go out in a different style of box that has been “de-identified” from its original user as much as possible. We see so many shipping boxes still in great condition being thrown away that we decided to reuse as many as possible. Hopefully you will find a use for your box(es) once you receive your order. The good news is that the shipping and soap kraft brown corrugated boxes are all eligible for recycling by your waste management vendor, if recycling is available in your area.

Shipping Transit Times
Once your package has been received by the shipping carrier, the carrier determines the transit times. Transit times can vary, depending on a number of variables, including your location, time of year and extreme weather. You will receive a tracking number with your receipt, with which to track your shipment.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the shipping carrier’s circumstances.

Business Closure
We are closed weekends and most national holidays.

Orders
Our website is available for orders twenty-four (24) hours a day. All items have a quantity limit which indicates the number of each item that is currently in stock.  Some items are available for back order.  Please be aware that soap back orders may take up to four (4) weeks to fill due to soap curing times.

Pick-Up Policy
For your safety and our operational efficiency, we do not accept walk-in customers. We do have an option for customers to pick up their orders if the customer lives within the Cedar Park, Texas, area. Please contact us prior to making your purchase for the pick-up location. Pick up orders require a two (2) business day lead time. To select this option, simply check “Pick Up – Cedar Park” in the shopping cart.

Damaged or Missing Items
We are highly committed to making sure you receive your products in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at 512-423-2366 or through the “Contact Us” page so that we can initiate an investigation and claim with the carrier. We will need photos of items, the shipping box and labels. We are happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within fifteen (15) days of purchase. If you are missing any item ordered, we sincerely apologize and we would like to get you any missing item(s) as soon as possible. Please contact us within fifteen (15) days of purchase and we will get you the missing item(s) out right away.

Refunds & Returns
We take pride in the creation of our products and list all ingredients for them on our website under “Additional Information” in each listing. Due to the nature of the ingredients we use in our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you believe a product does not match a description and it does not meet your quality expectations, please call or reach out through the “Contact Us” page for options which may include, but not be limited to, sending a different (replacement) item.
